NOTICE FOR OPEN COUNSELLING
Imphal, the 3rd August, 2009
No. 4/17/2009-CTE :-
It is hereby notified that the openCounselling for Selection/Nomination of B.Pharmacy,
B.Architecture and Bachelor of Engineering courses against the
reserved seats of Manipur for the session 2009-2010 will be held
on 12th August, 2009 from 10.00 a.m. onward in the MULTIPURPOSE
HALL OF THE GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC,
TAKYEL, IMPHAL. The candidates of the Combined Merit list
of the AIEEE-2009 should be present in time failing which no
claim can be entertained.
Special Information to candidates :-
At the time of reporting for counselling each candidate has to
bring original copies of
(a) Mark Sheet and Provisional Certificate of HSSLC/10+2
Exam.
(b) Age Proof Certificate.
(c) Score Card of AIEEE-2009 (for B.E./B.Tech. & B.Arch.
candidates only).
Candidates has to report personally to the SELECTION
BOARD when his/her name is called for counselling.
The candidate shall choose from the available seats when his/
her turn comes as per Combined Merit List.
MINIMUM PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION IN
RESPECT OF SEATS ALLOTTED IN GUJARAT,
KERALA AND B.E. COLLEGE (W.B.) ARE AS BELOW:
SEATS IN GUJARAT :-
The candidate should obtain a minimum of 50% marks in theory
papers of Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry & Biology (45% of
OBC & 40% for ST/SC candidates)and should have passed the
same within the last 2 (two) years.
SEATS IN KERALA :-
The candidates should obtain a minimum of 60% marks in
aggregate of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. And 50%
marks in Mathematics for General candidates in the qualifying
examination.
ARCHITECTURE SEATS IN B.E. COLLEGE (W.B.) :-
The candidate should obtain a minimum of 50% marks (45%
for SC/ST) each in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry 45%
(40% for SC/ST candidates) marks in English in the qualifying
examination.
The candidates shall collect the Aggrement of Nomination Form
before leaving the Counselling Hall on the same day.

NOTICE FOR DIPLOMA
(ENGG. & ALLIED COURSE) COUNSELLING
Imphal, the 3rd August, 2009
No. 4/24/2009-CTE :- The Couselling for Selection/Nomination
of Diploma Engineering and Pharmacy courses will be held on
9th August, 2009 (Sunday), in the MULTIPURPOSE HALL of the
Government Polytechnic, Takyelpat, Imphal at 9.30 a.m. Those
candidates who are in the Merit list should be present in time along
with original testimonials (Class -X Certificate, Mark Sheet, SC,
ST, OBC. Certificates, Admit Card of the Entrance Test, etc. for
Engineering courses and Class - XII/10+2 Certificate, Mark Sheet,
Class - X Certificate, SC, ST, OBC. Certificates, Admit Card of the
Entrance Test etc. for Pharmacy course) failling which no claim
can be entertained.
